*The Channel's Got Talent Programme - Terms and Conditions
- The Channel's Got Talent Programme (“The Programme”) covers the incentives and the prize draw organised by Infinigate to reward partners for participating to the Juniper Partner Pitch Challenge.
- The Programme is open to all Infinigate partners in the EMEA region, with a Juniper Networks VAR ID and who have entered Juniper Partner Pitch Challenge organised and managed directly by Juniper Networks.
- By entering The Program, each entrant (“Entrant” or “You” or “Your” as representative of the Entrant) agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions and by the decisions of Infinigate, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Programme. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- To enter the Programme and be eligible for the incentives and participation to the Prize Draw, you must complete The Program form and submit all required information, including proof of Pitch submission on the Juniper Learning Portal in the form of the confirmation email or a screen capture of your submission.
- Infinigate shall use and take care of any personal information You supply to it as described in its Privacy Policy and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Program, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal and business information in order to process and contact You about Your rewards and Prize Draw entry and for the purpose outlined in those Terms and Conditions.
- Infinigate employees are not allowed to enter the Programme.
- Infinigate accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Infinigate.
- The starting date of the Programme is the 29th of July 2024 and the closing date for entries is on the 23rd of August until 23:59 Central European Time. Entries received after this time will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
- Each individual can only submit one entry.
- Each individual will be rewarded with 50 USD or equivalent in local currency in the form of a voucher. Vouchers will be distributed from the 26th of August 2024 onwards.
- Three (3) winners will be chosen from a random draw of the entries that will take place on the 26th of August 2024.
- The winners will receive a Meta Quest 3 hybrid reality kit (the “Prize”).
- The winners will be notified by email on 26th of August 2024. If a winner does not respond within three (3) working days of being notified by Infinigate then the winner's Prize will be forfeited and Infinigate shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within three (3) working days or else they will also forfeit their Prize).
- If a winner rejects their Prize or is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's Prize will be forfeited, and Infinigate shall be entitled to select another winner.
- The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
- Infinigate accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prize and not specifically included in the Prize.
- The name of the winner can be obtained after 26th August 2024 by emailing marketing@Infinigate.com.
- Infinigate retains the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original Prize offered is not available.
- The winner may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Programme and the winner shall participate on Infinigate’ reasonable request.
- Infinigate accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by You as a result of entering the Programme or accepting the Prize. Infinigate further accepts no liabilities for any injury or damage to Your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation or third-parties links in connection with the Programme and or this link provided by Infinigate in accordance with the Terms of Use. Nothing in the in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Infinigate for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
- Infinigate reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Programme with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud) and to amend those Terms and Conditions. The decision of Infinigate in all matters under its control is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered in to.
- Infinigate shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
- The Programme will be governed by English law and Entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
